We are partnering with a prestigious Italian luxury fashion house to identify an experienced Client Advisor for its Milan boutique.
This is an exciting opportunity for a passionate luxury retail professional who enjoys building meaningful client relationships, delivering exceptional service, and representing a brand renowned for its craftsmanship and timeless elegance.
Key Responsibilities
Deliver a personalized luxury experience to local and international clientele.
Achieve individual sales targets and KPIs through relationship selling and clienteling.
Develop and maintain a loyal client portfolio, utilizing CRM tools and proactive outreach.
Provide expert product knowledge and styling advice.
Collaborate with the boutique team to achieve commercial objectives and maintain high service standards.
What We're Looking For
3+ years of experience in luxury or premium fashion retail.
Fluent Russian, English and Italian.
Proven sales track record and strong clienteling skills.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and relationship-building abilities.
Polished appearance, proactive attitude, and strong teamwork skills.
What We Offer
Annual Gross Salary: Up to €35,000, depending on experience.
