Drive financial strategy to optimize profitability and align with hotel goals
Oversee financial planning and analysis, including annual plans, projections, and budgets
Advise hotel leadership with data-driven recommendations to improve performance




Ensure financial compliance with GAAP and maintain strong internal controls
Optimize financial reporting for accuracy, efficiency, and transparency
Monitor and approve financial transactions across sales, purchases, salaries, and expenses
Cultivate a high-performing team through performance management and development programs
