In this role you lead Kubix Link implementations, translating client needs into concrete designs and guiding cross-functional teams through delivery. You'll align stakeholders, manage timelines and budgets, and support users through UAT and hypercare. The position combines technical design, project leadership, and client coaching to drive successful solutions in the fashion and industrial sectors. and scopeAct as primary client contact and manage stakeholder communicationLead project kick-offs and governance setupMonitor progress and readiness for each phaseCollaborate with solution consultants and developers to define project scopeIdentify risks and implement mitigation strategiesManage Change Requests and overall financial aspectsReport on project statusMaster's degree in software engineering, computer science, digital technologies, electronics, Information Systems or related area5+ years of experience, including 3+ years in enterprise software implementation (PLM/PDM, ERP, CRM, xysqume etc.)Experience in fashion industry is a plus with breadth across PLM lifecycle stagesFluency in Italian; professional working proficiency in English is appreciatedBusiness understanding of fashion processes (design, development, merchandising, supply chain, quality)Stakeholders management and effective communicationProactive collaboration with internal and external partnersPLM, PIM, DAM, ERP concepts in SaaS environmentsSolution design and data modelingRequirements management and specification translation#J-18808-Ljbffr
