What we offer you:Within the Public Sector Business Unit and, specifically, the EngBelgium ITALIA – EC Technical Directorate, we are looking for a Senior Pre-Sales professional to join our team. The successful candidate will play a key role in preparing and presenting high-quality technical proposals within the scope of framework contracts and public tenders, collaborating with key internal and external stakeholders and interfacing with European Institutions and Agencies.What will your activities and responsibilities be?Analyse EU tenders (Fixed Price and Time & Material), assessing their technical requirements, selection criteria, references and required professional profiles. Coordinate and contribute to the drafting of Technical Offers, ensuring their quality, consistency and compliance with tender requirements. Collaborate with cross-functional teams across the Engineering Group to gather materials in support of proposals (project references, CVs, technical solutions, effort estimates). Manage interactions with partners, subcontractors and internal and external stakeholders throughout the tendering process. Monitor tender publication portals to identify opportunities aligned with the company's strategic positioning. Support, where required, the formulation of supplementary and upselling offers on already awarded projects, in coordination with the sales function.Required qualifications and skills:Degree in a STEM field (preferred).Excellent command of English, both written and spoken (minimum level B2/C1).Strong analytical and synthesis skills, with attention to detail in drafting technical documentation.Excellent communication,
