You will join the Sass Dlacia team withresponsibilityforcoordinatingrestaurant service,organisingthe team andensuringquality and smooth operations.
Coordinate the restaurant team and organise daily service.
Supervise setup, guest reception, service and clearing.
Welcome guests and manage requests or service issues.
Ensure that company service standards are followed.
Work closely with the Kitchen, Bar, Reception and property management teams.
Check the order, cleanliness and organisation of service areas.
Support and train members of the restaurant team.
Help create a positive and collaborative working environment.
Aconfident, dynamic and organisedperson with experience in restaurant supervision or a similar role.
Aguest-focused attitude, strong communication andorganisationalskills,problem-solvingabilities and flexibility to work shifts, weekends and during busy periods are essential.
Hospitality experience and foreign-language skills are considered an advantage.
