innovative and approachable environmentEmpower and support your colleagues to accomplish tasks effectively and generate enthusiasm and energy to create positive team spiritBuild and maintain relationships by instilling a sense of belonging and a positive, forward-thinking mindsetRequirementsAt least 2 years of previous experience in a managerial role in a modern Luxury retail environmentConfidence and proven track record in team managementSolid experience in working to and driving KPIs and sales targetsExcellent understanding of the luxury sector and product sensitivityStrong communication skills and commercial mindsetPrevious experience in managing complex store operationsDigitally aware and open to new ways of workingAbility to interact effectively with foreign clientsPassion for Diesel Brand, product and heritageLanguage proficiency: Italian and English are mandatory. Any additional language will be considered as a plus!Compensation & LevelCCNL Commercio, Level 2°Salary range (gross annual): €35.000 - €40.000Variable incentive plan: 20%The final offer will be determined based on experience, skills, and level of responsibility.
