Role Description
The Sales Account Manager is a full-time, on-site role based in Rome, responsible for managing and growing client accounts across leather goods, promotional items, merchandising, and event services. This role oversees the entire sales cycle, from lead generation and prospecting to negotiation, closing, and long-term account development. Day-to-day tasks include building strong relationships with clients, understanding their branding and promotional needs, preparing proposals and quotations, and coordinating with internal production and event teams to ensure timely, high-quality delivery. The Sales Account Manager monitors customer satisfaction, manages post-sale follow-up,
and identifies opportunities to upsell or cross-sell NBLVITOLO SRL's various solutions. Regular reporting on sales performance, market trends, and client feedback is also part of the position.
Qualifications
- Strong customer-focused mindset, with skills in Customer Satisfaction and Customer Service.
- Proven experience in Account Management, including maintaining and expanding client relationships.
- Ability to drive business growth through Lead Generation and proactive prospecting activities.
- Excellent Communication skills, both written and verbal, for client interactions and internal coordination.
- Previous sales experience in B2B environments, ideally in promotional products, leather goods, merchandising, or events.
- Solid negotiation and presentation abilities, with a track record of achieving sales targets.
- Organizational and time management skills, with attention to detail across multiple projects.
- Comfort working on-site in Rome and collaborating closely with production and event teams.
- Proficiency with CRM tools and common office software; ability to prepare reports and sales forecasts.
- Fluency in Italian and good command of English; additional languages are an advantage. xysqume
