As Manufacturing Engineer Specialist, you will drive continuous improvement in production, applying Lean thinking to increase efficiency and value for customers. You’ll collaborate with R&D, QA and operations to optimize processes, train line operators, and uphold safety and quality standards. You’ll solve problems across plants using structured methodologies and help standardize training modules.
