Si assicuri che il suo CV sia aggiornato, poi legga attentamente le specifiche del lavoro prima di procedere.We are seeking a highly motivated and talented Legal Counsel with 2-3 years Post-Qualification Experience (PQE) to join our dynamic in-house Legal & Corporate Integrity department within Belmond.This is an exciting opportunity to contribute to the legal strategy of our luxury train and hotel businesses in Southern Europe, working in a fast-paced international environment.Key responsibilitiesContract Management: Draft, review, and negotiate a wide range of commercial contracts, including supplier agreements, client contracts, partnership agreements, and service agreements, ensuring compliance with relevant laws and internal policies.Business Support: Provide proactive and pragmatic legal advice and support to various business functions (e.G., operations, finance, sales, marketing, HR) on day-to-day legal matters, helping to mitigate risks and achieve business objectives.Litigation Coordination: Manage and coordinate litigation strategy with external law firms, providing internal guidance and ensuring efficient handling of legal disputes.Compliance: Contribute to the development, implementation, and monitoring of the company's compliance programs, including but not limited to Italian Legislative Decree 231/2001 (Organizational and Management Model), data protection (GDPR), anti-bribery, and other relevant regulatory frameworks. Particular focus and support for supplier on-boarding and diligence.Reporting:
