Your role
As a Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist, you will play a central role in shaping Heritage’s trajectory by identifying, attracting,
and closing the individuals who will define our future. You will operate as a strategic partner to founders and senior leadership, driving critical hiring initiatives and ensuring we build a high-performing, cohesive, and ambitious team.
Key Responsibilities
- Own end-to-end hiring for strategically critical roles. Lead searches across engineering, product, security, data, and infrastructure, from role definition through offer acceptance, ensuring a rigorous and efficient process.
- Partner closely with senior leadership to define and execute hiring strategy. Work with founders and hiring managers to clarify role scope, define success profiles, and align hiring decisions with the company’s long-term objectives.
- Design and execute targeted sourcing strategies for high-impact roles. Proactively identify and engage exceptional candidates through structured sourcing, referrals, and direct outreach, with a strong focus on quality and relevance.
