In bocca al lupo!Key ResponsibilitiesProvide L1/L2 IT support to end users.Troubleshoot desktops, laptops, printers, mobile devices, and peripherals.Install, configure, and maintain hardware and software.Troubleshoot basic LAN, Wi-Fi, network, and connectivity issues.Perform hardware replacement, cabling, and basic device configuration.Support Windows operating systems, Microsoft Office, and common business applications.Create, update,
and resolve incidents through the IT service desk/ticketing system.Escalate complex technical issues to the appropriate support teams.Maintain IT asset and support documentation.Provide onsite and remote technical support as required.Required Skills1–3 years of experience in IT Support / Desktop Support / Technical Support.Good knowledge of Windows, hardware, software, and basic networking.Experience troubleshooting LAN, Wi-Fi, printers, laptops, desktops, and peripherals.Basic knowledge of TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, and network connectivity.Good troubleshooting and communication skills.Ability to work independently and provide onsite technical support. xysqume Preferred: Experience with ITSM/ticketing tools, Active Directory, Microsoft 365, and basic network troubleshooting.
