NXP Semiconductors in Catania is seeking an intern to support digital design activities for SOC projects. You will gain hands-on exposure to RTL coding, synthesis, STA, formal verification, power analysis, and DFT, under mentoring from senior engineers.

Ideal candidates are pursuing a Master’s in Electrical/Electronics/Computer Engineering, with basic RTL knowledge and a willingness to learn scripting and EDA workflows in a collaborative team environment.
