Trevi Group is looking for an HR Planner to join its Trevi Division.The successful candidate will play a key role in planning and managing site personnel, ensuring the effective allocation of resources across projects in Italy in line with operational needs. The HR Planner will work closely with Corporate Functions and Site Management teams, helping to anticipate staffing needs and ensure effective workforce planning.Key Responsibilities:Develop and maintain an up-to-date mapping of site personnel, taking into account awarded, ongoing and prospective projects.Analyse and, where possible, anticipate the staffing needs of different projects.Plan the allocation of personnel according to project and site requirements, in coordination with the relevant managers.Monitor workforce planning across sites in Italy, supporting the management of potential personnel transfers and reassignments.Identify potential needs for external hires and initiate the recruitment process in collaboration with the Recruitment & Employer Branding Function.Review site personnel performance evaluations to support the identification of suitable reassignment opportunities across projects.Prepare monitoring and reporting activities related to workforce planning and resource allocation.Requirements:Knowledge of the main business activities and dynamics.Good knowledge of the Microsoft Office Suite.Knowledge of Oracle HCM or other HR systems.English proficiency at B1 level or above.Good organisational and planning skills.Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to interact effectively with different stakeholders.Results-oriented approach and ability to work towards objectives.Willingness to travel to project sites across Italy.If you are looking for an opportunity to apply your organisational and interpersonal skills within an international environment and contribute to managing the people behind our projects, apply now and discover the opportunities at Trevi Group.For this position, the expected gross annual salary ranges from 20000 to 35000, determined based on experience, skills, and the level of responsibility associated with the role, in compliance with the Edile Industria National Collective Labour Agreement.
