pbSenior Retail Manager /b /ppbr/ppbType: Full-time /b /ppbr/ppbAbout the role /b /ppWe are looking for a senior retail leader to own our overseas retail business end-to-end. You will translate HQ strategy into locally executable plans, take full responsibility for PL, and build the systems and teams that grow market share. This is a hands-on leadership role for someone who can operate both strategically and down at the store level. /ppbr/ppbWhat you'll do /b /ppbr/pp• Own the retail PL for the market: break down annual/quarterly targets from HQ into country, channel and team-level KPIs; run weekly/monthly business reviews and drive results to close. /ppbr/pp• Manage the full budget cycle – channel, POSM, marketing, staffing and materials – with strict ROI tracking, monthly cost-efficiency reviews and zero tolerance for wasteful spend. /ppbr/pp• Build a data-driven operating rhythm across sell-in, sell-through, conversion, repeat rate and per-store output; spot bottlenecks from data and turn them into closed-loop action plans. /ppbr/pp• Set up and maintain a standardized store-tiering system covering merchandising, service, inventory turns and store image; oversee POSM and brand fixture rollout with regular field audits. /ppbr/pp• Translate HQ strategy into local execution, adapting for local compliance,
consumer habits and channel reality; align the local team on goals and rhythm so strategy lands without distortion. /ppbr/pp• Equip and energize the frontline: run a tiered training system (sales scripts, store ops, store management) and build a fair, competitive performance incentive structure to lift productivity. /ppbr/ppbWhat we're looking for /b /ppbr/pp• Bachelor's degree or above; Marketing, International Trade, Business English or Business Management preferred. /ppbr/pp• 5+ years in overseas retail operations, channel or sales management; experience in e-cigarette/vaping, consumer electronics, smart hardware or FMCG is a plus; familiarity with target-market channel rules, compliance and consumer habits is a strong plus. /ppbr/pp• Proven PL ownership: ability to break down targets, build budgets, control costs and do ROI analysis with accountability for revenue, profit and efficiency. /ppbr/pp• Strong data instinct – can read retail/terminal data, find the bottleneck and drive execution to close. /ppbr/pp• Mature people leadership, training and incentive experience; ability to localize HQ strategy and deliver under a multi-market, multi-task environment. /ppbr/pp• Fluent English as working language; results-driven, logical, resilient, willing to be at the frontline and travel. /p
