Specialista Senior / Project Manager

Aspiring engineers join a 24-month development program at Bosch Rexroth Oil Control SpA in Nonantola to build core hydraulics expertise and commercial skills. You’ll work in a technical-commercial environment, pairing with experienced mentors to solve real customer needs and tailor equipment configurations. The program leads toward Specialist tracks in Application Engineering or Sales Engineering, shaping your early career in a global hydraulics leader.

- hands-on field experience under mentorship
- Analyze customer requirements to size and select hydraulic components
- Collaborate with Engineering to define and customize product configurations
- Prepare technical documentation and drawings to support offers
- Identify potential customers and distributors and foster relationships




- Prepare commercial quotations and support delivery planning
- Act as the main technical conduit for customers in the Sales path
- Degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field
- English B2 level and Italian C1 level
- Willingness to travel within Italy and abroad
- Category B driving licence
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
- Interest in developing technical and commercial expertise in the industrial sector
