mYngle specializes in distance one-to-one language training solutions. Our clients are large international companies that look for global solutions and innovative ways for their employees to learn languages. With more than 650 corporate clients in Western Europe, we are one of the key players on this market.
We're looking for a Sales Development Representative to pass leads to our Business Developers in order to develop our B2B market with HR and Training Managers in Europe.
Your motivation and drive are the keys to success at mYngle. You will learn about the mYngle-world and online language training, learning the "new way", at distance, leveraging the internet revolution.
Tasks
- Outbound prospecting through calls, email sequences, and LinkedIn outreach
- Engage HR and Training/L&D; Managers across Europe
- Qualify prospects based on pain points, needs, and buying readiness
- Book meetings with our Account Executives
- Maintain accurate activity and pipeline updates in our CRM
- Collaborate closely with the Sales team to refine messaging and targeting
- Become an expert in mYngle's value proposition and ICP (ideal customer profile)
Requirements
- Proven experience in B2B cold calling or SDR work
- Fluent English
- Strong communication skills and confidence on the phone
- Self-driven, goal-oriented, and motivated by measurable xlwpduy results
- Reliable work environment: stable broadband connection + quiet workspace
- Ability to work independently while being part of a remote team

*Based on performance and your availability this can also become 40 hours/week as a Business Developer
