ppWe are looking for a skilled bIT Security and System Administrator /b to join a team of highly qualified professionals responsible for the day-to-day operations and continuous improvement of IT infrastructure and security services. /p pIn this role, based in Quartod’Altino (Venice), you will support business-critical systems while contributing to infrastructure and security projects across multiple locations. /p pYou will collaborate closely with internal technology teams and business stakeholders to ensure reliable, secure, and scalable IT services. /p h3Key Responsibilities /h3 ul liDesign, implement, monitor, and manage IT systems and network infrastructure to ensure high availability and performance /li liPlan and execute infrastructure changes, including system upgrades, migrations, datacenter refresh/consolidation initiatives, and disaster recovery activities /li liManage and maintain both physical and virtual environments, ensuring optimal performance of critical services /li liTroubleshoot incidents,
perform root cause analysis, and implement preventive measures /li liSupport the introduction and integration of new technologies within a complex IT environment /li liDevelop, implement, and maintain IT security controls in collaboration with Cimpress Security and business stakeholders /li liMonitor, detect, and respond to security threats and vulnerabilitiesi /liliDesign and implement security solutions to protect company assets and data /li liMaintain and improve documentation, including procedures and incident reports /li liProvide on-call support for infrastructure-related incidents /li liSupport vendor selection, evaluation, and management /li liMentor and/or train team members on existing and emerging technologies /li liCommunicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders /li /ul /p #J-18808-Ljbffr
