This is a high-trust, high-context role at a company scaling fast across Italy, Germany, and Spain, with frequent travel across Europe and the US. You will see everything and be trusted with everything. /ppbCalendar time management /b /pullipOwn and defend the calendars of four executives with competing priorities; make trade-off calls on what gets scheduled, moved,
or declined /p /lilipResolve conflicts proactively before they surface; protect focus time and prep windows /p /lilipCoordinate across time zones for international meetings, investor calls, and cross-market work /p /li /ulpbTravel logistics /b /pullipPlan and book complex multi-leg travel across Europe and the US — flights, hotels, ground transport, visas where needed /p /lilipBuild detailed itineraries; anticipate disruptions and hold contingency options /p /lilipManage expense reporting and reconciliation for all four executives /p /li /ulpbMeetings communications /b /pullipPrepare agendas, briefing notes, and pre-reads; capture actions and drive follow-up to closure /p /lilipCoordinate board meetings, investor updates, and leadership offsites end to end /p /lilipDraft, screen, and prioritize correspondence; act as a filter and first point of contact /p /li /ulpbOperations projects /b /pullipCoordinate cross-functional initiatives on behalf of the executives, tracking deliverables and unblocking bottlenecks /p /lilipOrganize internal and external events (team gatherings, investor visits, client dinners) /p /lilipHandle confidential documents, contracts, and sensitive information with total discretion /p /li /ulh3bWhat We’re Looking For /b /h3ullip3+ years supporting C-level executives, ideally in a high-growth startup, VC/PE, or consulting environment /p /lilipFluent English and Italian,
