In this role you will drive supplier quality across the supply chain, coordinating development and industrialization with a focus on reliability and compliance. You will support purchasing and R&D; to evaluate, qualify, and onboard suppliers while promoting corrective actions for deviations. The position sits at Technogym HQ in Cesena and partners with cross-functional teams to improve processes and identify new technologies for better component performance. This is a hands-on, impact-driven opportunity in a globally expanding wellness company.

- Master's Degree in Engineering, Economics or other relevant fields
- Background as Quality Engineer, Quality Manager, or R&D; Engineer
- Knowledge of industrial processes and technologies
- APQP, PPAP
- Experience xysqume in automotive, white goods or automatic industries is a plus
- Problem solving with 8D, A3 methodologies (6sigma)
- Process auditing experience
