As an Operations Supervisor, you lead a shift of operatives and drivers to meet service targets while upholding safety and compliance. You’ll motivate your team, align daily work with business goals, and ensure consistent, high‑quality service. This role sits at the heart of FedEx’s People-Service-Profit culture, shaping performance and customer experience across a busy freight operation.
