Opportunità

- Operational management and service supervision
- Monitoring of KPIs, food cost, labour cost and financial performance
- Management, training and development of a team of approximately 20-25 people
- Customer experience and service quality
- Business development and achievement of targets
- Working closely with the management team on the development and evolution of the project

Competenze ed esperienza

- Solidexperience managing structuredrestaurants, restaurant chains or organisedfood & beveragegroups
- Strong business and profitability mindset
- Excellent leadership skills, energy and the ability to engage and motivate teams
- Entrepreneurial approach and strong results orientation
- International experience is a significant plus
- Previous experience in Morocco, the Middle East or other international markets will be considered a strong advantage

- Net salary: €2,300-€2,700 per month + housing allowance
