You work closely with customers to ensure reliable operation and high satisfaction, and you collaborate with Sales to identify service opportunities and support growth. The position requires strong technical expertise, proactive problem-solving, and travel within the territory. You will contribute to delivering safe, compliant field service and shaping customer success across the region.ResponsabilitàProvide on-site technical support and service activities across the North-West Piedmont regionInstall, configure, maintain, and repair equipment per proceduresDiagnose and resolve hardware, software, and system issuesDocument service actions and findings according to requirementsPrioritize service requests to meet commitmentsCollaborate with Sales to identify service opportunities and support revenue targetsBuild and maintain strong customer relationships through professional communicationProvide technical guidance and basic user training as neededEnsure safety, quality,
and company policy compliance during field activitiesMaintain service tools, equipment, and inventory in good conditionIdentify recurring issues and propose improvements to product performanceRequisiti fondamentali3-5 years in industrial service or equipment installationExperience with PLC troubleshootingStrong troubleshooting and analytical skillsSolid understanding of electromechanical, electronic, computer, and network-based systemsAbility to read and apply technical documentation and service proceduresStrong customer service orientation and communication skills in Italian and EnglishAbility to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced field environmentStrong organizational xysqume and time management skillsProficiency in Microsoft Office, SAP C4C, and other service management/CRM toolsAbility to collaborate with cross-functional teams (Technical Support, Engineering, Operations, Sales)Willingness to travel (70–80%), including international travel when neededAdaptability and eagerness to learn new technologies and proceduresAbility to identify service opportunities while supporting customers in the fieldcustomer service orientationcommunicationindependence and time managementPLC troubleshootingelectromechanical systemselectronic and computer systems
