Revenue Management Manager

As a Trade Marketing Specialist, your main focus will be to support all activities within your department. You’ll support the head of Trade Marketing in implementing sales strategies and in providing the tools and means to implement the Ferrero Category strategies at the point of sale.
Develop holistic v alue chain for existing and new products, with consideration of consumer centric, trade dynamic & profitability and Ferrero revenue
Track new product launch and pricing implement performance
Consolidate and verify pricing related information, build price visibility with both internal and external price info on a regular basis
Generate reco on price increase/change based on the data analytics and market knowledge
Monitor and generate reco on profit pool adjustmentPerform assessment of consumer demand, identify portfolio gaps and overlaps across different channel environments
Business Performance Management
Track actual business performance and conduct pricing related analysis
Support yearly planning cycle incl. business diagnosis, value chain structurization, RTM model shift, investment enhancement /optimization, etc.
Overall, 4-7 yrs work experience in Revenue Management, Planning & Performance Management,
Commercial or Category Finance in FMCG industry is mandatory, Food & Beverage is preferred;
Knowledge of Pricing, Category Management, Trade Spending, PnL, Trade Marketing
Understanding of Channel route to market model, trade spending type, pricing fairness
People management and cross functional projects management skills, leadership skills, strong analytical skills and logic thinking;
