As a Social Auditor at BSI, you drive compliance with social, environmental, and ethical standards across the supply chain. You will conduct independent audits, support ESG initiatives, and help continuously improve responsible business practices in a global context. You'll work with cross-functional teams, liaising with clients and internal stakeholders to meet program KPIs. This role combines field auditing with ongoing upskilling on legislation and industry trends, in an international, client-focused environment.

Responsabilità

- Perform internal and supplier audits under Lead Auditor guidance per BSI and client requirements
- Manage audit documents to meet program specifications




- Deliver APSCA audits (CSCA qualification required)
- Deliver SCAN audits (qualification required)
- Provide ESG topic support to business developers, Sales, and Program Managers
- Liaise with clients and internal stakeholders on technical queries
- Maintain and develop skills in management systems, industry programs, and trends
- Develop knowledge of local health and safety, environment, and labour legislation
- Perform other project tasks as assigned xysqume
- Achieve audit KPIs defined by client/program or Program Manager

Requisiti fondamentali

- APSCA CSCA qualification
- SCAN qualification
- Proven experience in social auditing and ESG topics
- Professional proficiency in English and at least one other European language
- Stakeholder management
