Overview The ICT Infrastructure Specialist reports directly to the ICT Enterprise Infrastructure Architect and is responsible for implementing and maintaining the organization’s core Information and Communication Technology (ICT) infrastructure. The role requires close collaboration with IT professionals and business teams to ensure smooth operations, while optimizing infrastructure performance and resolving issues with a high degree of autonomy. Guarantee the availability, security, and reliability of ICT systems that support daily business operations, while enabling scalability, automation, and continuous improvement to support digital transformation and business growth.
Responsibilities
- Infrastructure Implementation & Optimization: Install, configure, and deploy servers, network devices, and storage systems.
- Infrastructure Implementation & Optimization: Support adoption of virtualization and cloud technologies.
- Infrastructure Implementation & Optimization: Optimize infrastructure for performance, security, and scalability.
- Infrastructure Implementation & Optimization:
Participate in infrastructure-related projects (e.g., cloud migration, cybersecurity initiatives).
- System Administration & Maintenance: Administer and monitor servers, network devices, and storage systems.
- System Administration & Maintenance: Troubleshoot issues, apply updates, and ensure system stability.
- System Administration & Maintenance: Manage backup and disaster recovery solutions.
- System Administration & Maintenance: Implement proactive monitoring and automation to improve efficiency.
- Technical Support: Provide expert support for infrastructure-related incidents.
- Technical Support: Collaborate with the service desk team to ensure smooth daily operations.
- Documentation & Reporting: Maintain updated documentation and procedures.

Requirements
- Education : Bachelor’s degree
