For one of our school in Messina we are looking for an energetic and fun English Teacher/Academic Coordinator to join our team!

Boost your CV: add teaching experience to your skill set. We will train you in the use of our teaching method for children from 1 to 18 years old.

As our teacher you’ll learn to:

- Prepare your classes using Kids&Us;’ lessons, music, games, stories and arts and crafts.

- Monitor your students’ progress and guide learners towards their goals.

- Develop strong, meaningful relationships with students, their families, and your peers and mentors to support the growth of the children.

- Communicate in an efficient, effective, and professional manner.

As a coordinator you’ll have to:

-





- Supervise academic processes following Kids&Us; policies and method

- Support the director in teaching and administrative activities of the school

Requirements:

-

- Teaching experience is a plus, but not required.

- Advanced or Proficiency level in English (C1 or higher)

- Have a Certificate of Carichi Pendenti with no previous record.

- Interest in working with children

- Planning and organisation skills

- A team player: if you've played on a team, you'll fit right in!

We Offer:

-

- Fixed-term until 31/12/2026;

- 12 hours per week as a coordinator and 6 hours per week as a teacher (in total 18 h per week);

- Young and stimulating work environment;

- Start in September 2026;

- Salary: We offer a salary aligned with CCNL ANINSEI.

As this is a hybrid role combining teaching and academic coordination, the contractual level (Level 5 or Level 8A) will be defined based on the prevailing responsibilities.

The gross annual salary (full-time equivalent) starts from €20,665 to €22,017 and will be proportionally adjusted based on the agreed working hours.
