The ideal candidate will have a background in electronics or mechatronics and at least 5 years’ experience in Siemens Motion PLC programming and software development for process control and automatic machine control.
The successful candidate will be responsible for designing solutions and coordinating software development, as well as testing and commissioning the machines/systems, while meeting time and cost targets. The successful candidate will be part of an interdisciplinary development team, working alongside mechanical designers and will interface with the development teams of our production management system.
Responsibilities
They will be required to:
- share and manage critical issues with Technical Management
- coordinate the development of contract software (PLC and HMI) following methodologies and internal standards
- draw up project documentation and produce periodic work progres
