In this role at Bosch Sensortec's Milan Design Center you design MEMS structures to meet mechanical and electrical specs, using model-based design and simulations focused on accelerometers. You develop new design-optimization algorithms and improve simulation methods, working within a cross-functional team. You coordinate design and simulation tasks with project management and technology development, shaping advanced MEMS sensing solutions. Responsabilità

- Design MEMS structures to meet mechanical and electrical behavior based on customer requirements
- Conduct simulations to optimize MEMS structures,



focusing on accelerometers
- Develop new design-optimization algorithms and enhance simulation methods
- Work as part of a cross-functional engineering team and manage internal work packages
- Coordinate design and simulation tasks with project management and technology development

Requisiti fondamentali

- Master of Science in Mechanical Engineering (or PhD)
- Fluent English (B2 minimum); German a plus
- Proficient coder xjncmbx with MATLAB/Python and finite element tools
- Simulink skills and AI methods preferred
- 3–5 years' experience in MEMS design and model development (inertial MEMS sensors)
- Experience conducting lab experiments; cross-functional team experience
