The Role: Client Advisor | Rome
As part of the upcoming relocation of our Rome store, we are looking for a Client Advisor to join our team and support this exciting new phase of growth. At Stone Island we are always looking for people who share our spirit and values to drive our company forward. The Client Advisor will act as a brand ambassador, accompanying clients through the Stone Island universe while delivering authentic and elevated client experience. This role is ideal for someone with a passion for client service, product storytelling, and relationship‑building,
who enjoys working collaboratively within a dynamic retail environment while contributing to the overall store performance. Preference will be given to candidates with Chinese language skills and experience working with international clientele.
Your Impact
Day‑to‑Day Responsibilities:
- Ensure excellent client experience while maintaining the quality standards required by the brand;
- Act as a brand ambassador to the store’s clientele, demonstrating strong passion and commitment to the brand while embodying brand values and vision;
- Welcome, advise, and support local and international clients throughout the selling ceremony, contributing to store performance while building genuine long‑term relationships;
- Present the Stone Island universe through storytelling around collections, fabrics, treatments, and the technical excellence that defines the brand;
- Provide personalized advice tailored to clients’ expectations and needs;
- Support store operation
