We are looking for a Real estate Financial Controller for one of our clients, a fashion retail / international sport business company with HQ in Como.

As a Real estate Financial Controller, you will oversee the financial operations of our construction projects and our business with a focus on retail/rent in Italy. Your role will involve financial planning, budget management, and analysis to ensure the success and profitability of our funds business.

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop and manage project budgets, forecasts, and financial models.
- Provide financial guidance and analysis for commercial office redevelopment projects.
- Collaborate with project teams to ensure financial goals are met.
- Monitor and analyse financial performance,



identifying areas for improvement.
- Oversee financial reporting and compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Manage cash flow, cost control, and financial risk assessments.

Qualifications and Experience:

- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field
- Previous experience as a Financial Controller in the real estate/property/retail
- Strong knowledge of financial regulations and accounting principles
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Effective communication and leadership abilities

Request: Fluent English. The profile will be based in Como (Lavoro da remoto 1 day). xjncmbx Proficiency in Oracle/Excel is required.
