GETINGE ITALIA is looking for its future PRODUCT MANAGER SW (SURGICAL WORKFLOW) - (M/F/D ) - Nationwide (Italy) - E xpected residence in the Milan area (mandatory)
About the role
As a Product Manager, you will play a key role in driving the success of your product line. Acting as a strategic interface between the market, customers,
sales teams and internal stakeholders, you will contribute directly to business growth, customer satisfaction and market positioning.
This is a field-based, home-office position, requiring strong proximity to the market and customers.
Your responsibilities

- Drive product promotion through field demonstrations and customer interactions
- Train and support the sales force throughout the entire sales cycle
- Adapt and implement global marketing strategies at a local level
- Develop and execute the local marketing plan in line with business objectives
- Support new product launches and ensure successful market adoption
- Represent the company at congresses, conferences and industry events
- Collaborate with international teams to share insights and best practices
- Prepare and manage technical documentation for public tenders
- Define product configurations in collaboration with sales teams
- Coordinate with internal depart
