The role involves designing, executing, and maintaining test plans to ensure software quality and reliability.
The position requires collaboration with cross-functional teams to identify defects and verify fixes.
Key Responsibilities: • Develop and execute comprehensive test cases for software applications, including manual and automated testing.
• Identify, document, and track software defects using issue-tracking systems.
• Collaborate with developers to reproduce and resolve issues, ensuring timely defect resolution.
• Analyze test results to evaluate software performance and recommend improvements.
• Maintain and update test documentation, including test plans, test cases, and test reports.
Required Skills & Qualifications: • Experience with test automation frameworks and tools such as Selenium, JUnit, or TestNG.
• Proficiency in manual testing methodologies and defect tracking tools like Jira or Bugzilla.
• Strong understanding of software development lifecycle and Agile/Scrum methodologies.
• Knowledge of programming languages such as Python, Java, or Java Script for test scripting.
• Ability to write clear, concise, and detailed test documentation and reports.
