We are a fast-growing, digital-native beauty brand born in Italy and scaling rapidly across the U.S. market. We're a fully remote, international team of ~40 across creative, growth, product, and customer service. We move fast, measure everything, and keep processes lean.
? Role Overview
We're looking for an Operations Manager to be the operational backbone of the company overseeing team execution, owning processes and reporting, and working directly with the founder. This is a high-trust, high-ownership role: you'll have visibility across every function and be responsible for making sure the machine runs without the founder in the room.
? Responsibilities
- Oversee day-to-day execution across teams (creative, growth, product, CS) and keep everyone accountable to deadlines and KPIs
- Own our project management system (ClickUp): structure, workflows, weekly priorities
- Build and maintain weekly reporting: KPIs, team output, blockers delivered to the founder in a clear, decision-ready format
- Run escalation management: identify issues early, solve what can be solved, escalate what can't with a proposed solution
- Coordinate cross-team projects (product launches, campaigns, hiring onboarding) from kickoff to delivery
- Manage vendor and freelancer relationships (contracts, deadlines, payments coordination with our CFO)
- Continuously improve processes: kill what's slow, automate what's repetitive
✅ Requirements
- 3+ years in operations, project management, or chief-of-staff-type roles for a DTC/ecommerce brand or fast-moving startup
- Proven experience managing or coordinating remote, international teams
- Fluent English (written and spoken) — you'll run meetings and write the reports everyone reads
- Deeply organized, proactive, allergic to chaos you bring structure, not tickets
- Strong with tools: ClickUp/Shopify/Amazon, Slack, Google Sheets; comfortable with numbers and KPIs
- Premio: experience in beauty/DTC brands, familiarity with Shopify ecosystem, basic data/dashboard skills
