Responsabilità
Provide technical guidance on cloud platforms (Azure, AWS, SaaS) Support sales with solution architecture for customer engagements Deliver product demonstrations, workshops, and webinars Build and validate Proof of Concepts (PoCs) to show customer value Assist customers in migrating, deploying, and optimizing cloud environments Troubleshoot technical issues and coordinate support Develop relationships with customer IT teams, architects, engineers,
and decision-makers Maintain vendor certifications and stay current on technologies Identify opportunities to expand cloud, security, infrastructure, and managed services Participate in industry events, partner meetings, and technology conferences
Requisiti fondamentali
Experience in cloud technologies, cloud architecture, or related IT environments Knowledge of Microsoft Azure, AWS, SaaS solutions, infrastructure, or cybersecurity technologies Experience delivering technical presentations, product demonstrations, workshops, webinars, or PoCs Strong customer-facing and stakeholder management skills Ability to translate technical concepts into business value Passion for learning new technologies and staying updated with industry trends Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting abilities Experience working with channel partners, resellers, or technology vendors (advantage) A degree or educational background in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or related field Professional fluency in Italian and English Customer-facing and stakeholder management Strong communication and presentation skills Problem-solving Cloud technologies Azure AWS
