Requisiti fondamentali
5+ years of hands-on Java development experience Bachelor’s/Master’s Degree in Computer Science, Engineering or related fields, or equivalent experience Strong knowledge of OOP, OOD, SOLID, algorithms, data structures, and design patterns Proven experience with Java frameworks, especially Spring Experience with automated testing strategies Familiarity with SQL/RDBMS Exposure to high availability solutions and SaaS/PaaS models Fluency in Italian and English Cross-functional collaboration Strong communication Commitment to high-quality, secure code Java and Spring framework expertise OOP/OOD/SOLID, design patterns Automated testing strategies
