Overview As a Client Portfolio Manager in Milan, you will manage a corporate client portfolio, executing FX hedging and payment solutions while expanding wallet-share. You collaborate with a large sales team to originate business and tailor strategy using Ebury’s product suite. You’ll position our banking solutions against competitors and drive KPI outcomes, including revenue growth and churn reduction. Responsabilità
Manage a portfolio of corporate clients and execute FX hedging, payments, and cash management Upsell Ebury’s product capabilities to deliver a best-in-class proposition Collaborate with the sales team to originate business Understand client environments to tailor solutions using the product suite Assess competitors to position Ebury’s banking solutions Deliver KPIs: revenue growth, churn reduction, upsell/cross-sell,
wallet-share increase Build and maintain strong client relationships; present proposals and updates Provide feedback to technology and product teams Originate new business via networking and referrals
Requisiti fondamentali
Strong Financial Services experience in sales or relationship management Established network of contacts is advantageous Experience in FX institution and/or commercial bank or selling financial instruments to SMEs/corporate clients Solid understanding of compliance requirements Academic background in Business or Finance is a plus Exceptional communication skills to win commitment Sophisticated technical ability: statistical/fundamental analysis & risk management Proven track record of upselling, cross-selling, and new client acquisition Skilled negotiator with senior-level relationship-building ability Fluency in Italian and business-level English exceptional communication relationship management collaboration FX hedging payments and cash management statistical/fundamental analysis
