Overview In this role you will serve as the technical sales partner for our European team, designing solutions and delivering tailored demonstrations to convert customer challenges into wins. You’ll own the technical side of the sale, including RFP/RFI responses and information security questions, while collaborating with Marketing, Product, and Customer Success. This fully remote position focuses on expanding in the UK, Italy, and Europe, with substantial travel to customer sites and events. You’ll help shape scalable integrations and roadmaps that support cross-functional business goals.

Responsabilità
Lead discovery sessions with SMB, mid-market and enterprise customers to understand their pain points and requirements Design and deliver tailored product demonstrations (remote and on-site) Translate business requirements into scalable solutions including integration strategies and roadmaps Own technical sale aspects:
RFP/RFI responses, security questionnaires, and Statements of Work Support Marketing at events and share customer insights with Product and R&D; Collaborate with Customer Success for smooth handoffs during implementation and onboarding
Requisiti fondamentali
Willingness to travel ~50% across UK, Europe, and occasional US trips Fluency in English and right to work in the UK or Italy 2+ years in pre-sales for SaaS/enterprise software OR 2+ years hands-on experience with PLM/quality/supply chain systems in relevant industries Strong technical background including APIs, integrations, SaaS deployments, and web technologies Proficiency with Microsoft 365 tools (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) Strong communication and presentation skills Customer-facing, collaborative mindset Ability to lead discovery and translate customer needs into technical designs APIs Integrations SaaS deployments
