Responsabilità
Lead multidisciplinary projects within the Building Services Engineering team Act as project lead engineer,
managing services and client interface Coordinate with clients and stakeholders to develop design ambitions and mechanical requirements Mentor and guide junior mechanical engineers Lead the design process from concept to detailed design and construction Liaise with clients to align design with project goals Apply BIM-based workflows (Revit) when beneficial Support sustainable building design aligned with Arup's mission
Requisiti fondamentali
10+ years of experience in mechanical design Experience with data center and/or industrial buildings projects Ability to lead design from conceptual layout to construction Strong communication and planning skills Bilingual English and Italian (written and spoken) Willingness to take on new challenges and work in a fast-paced environment Experience with BIM/Revit is beneficial Strong team-based working and proactive attitude strong communication team-based collaboration proactive and motivated mechanical engineering fundamentals data center/building services design BIM environment using Revit
