We are seeking a Contract Logistics Customer Solutions Engineer to design innovative logistics solutions and support strategic business development initiatives across Italy.
**How you create impact**
+ Design warehouse and supply chain solutions for new and existing customers.
+ Develop layouts, process flows, resource models, and cost calculations.
+ Support RFQs, tenders, customer presentations, and solution proposals.
+ Partner with Operations, Business Development, Finance, and IT to deliver scalable and competitive solutions.
+ Drive continuous improvement and operational excellence initiatives.
**What we would like you to bring**
+ Degree in Engineering, Supply Chain, Logistics, or related field.
+ 5+ years of experience in Contract Logistics, Solution Design, or Industrial Engineering.
+ Strong analytical and project management skills.
+ Advanced Excel and data analysis capabilities.
+ Fluent in English and Italian.
