You'll apply your accounting judgment and financial systems expertise to evaluate and improve AI-generated outputs and training data. /p pPrior experience in bAI training or human-data work is required /b. Simply using AI features within accounting software does not qualify. /p h3Scope of Work /h3 ul liEvaluate AI-generated accounting outputs for baccuracy, calculations, journal entries, and accounting treatments /b. /li liReview and annotate bfinancial statements, reconciliations, journal entries, and month-end close workpapers /b. /li liIdentify accounting errors, misstatements, and inconsistencies and provide appropriate corrections with clear rationale. /li liAssess accounting workflows and financial systems logic across platforms such as bNetSuite, SAP, Oracle, QuickBooks, Xero, and Dynamics 365 /b. /li liApply written rubrics to bevaluate, rank, and grade AI-generated responses /b. /li liCreate realistic accounting scenarios, examples, and reference answers for AI training. /li liProvide clear, actionable feedback to improve model performance and accounting accuracy.



/li liSupport financial processes from btransaction recording through month-end close and financial reporting /b. /li /ul h3Required Skills /h3 ul libAccounting /b /li libFinancial Reporting /b /li libFinancial Systems /b /li libNetSuite /b /li libGSAP /b /li libQuickBooks /b /li libMicrosoft Excel /b /li libAccount Reconciliations /b /li libJournal Entries Month-End Close /b /li libAI Training / Human Data Evaluation /b /li /ul h3Preferred Qualifications /h3 ul lib3+ years /b of hands-on experience in financial accounting, corporate accounting, audit, bookkeeping, financial reporting, management accounting, cost accounting, or FPA with substantial accounting responsibilities. /li liProven experience preparing or reviewing bjournal entries, reconciliations, and financial statements /b. /li liHands-on experience with bNetSuite, SAP, Oracle, QuickBooks, Xero, Sage Intacct, Dynamics 365, Workday /b, or comparable financial systems. /li liStrong proficiency in bMicrosoft Excel /b. /li liFamiliarity with tools such as bBlackLine, Bill.com, Ramp, Brex, Stripe, Avalara, Anaplan, Tableau, or Power BI /b is a plus. /li liPrior paid experience in bAI training, data annotation, labeling, RLHF, AI response evaluation, model evaluation, or rubric-based grading /b is required. /li liStrong written and verbal English communication skills (bB2 level or above /b). /li liAbility to work independently and meet project quality standards and deadlines. /li liReliable internet connection and immediate availability. /li /ul /p #J-18808-Ljbffr
