In this role, you'll take ownership of site execution from mobilization through to commissioning and final handover, ensuring projects are delivered safely, on schedule, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. /p pThis is an exciting opportunity to work on critical projects that are helping shape the future of energy across Europe while building your career within a collaborative and fast-growing global organisation. /p h3The Opportunity /h3 pAs Site Manager, you will be the senior Hitachi Energy representative on site, responsible for coordinating all construction, installation, testing, commissioning and handover activities. /p pWorking closely with Project Managers, customers, subcontractors and project stakeholders, you will drive safe and efficient project execution while maintaining strong relationships and ensuring contractual commitments are met. /p pSuccess in this role requires strong leadership, a proactive approach to problem solving, and the ability to bring teams together to achieve project goals in demanding site environments. /p h3How You'll Make an Impact /h3 ul liLead all site activities from mobilization through commissioning and final handover. /li liCreate and maintain a strong safety culture, ensuring compliance with Hitachi Energy standards, customer requirements and local regulations. /li liCoordinate multidisciplinary teams, subcontractors and suppliers to achieve project objectives. /li liPlan, organize and monitor site activities to ensure delivery against project schedules and milestones. /li liAct as the primary point of contact on site for customers, authorities and key stakeholders. /li liEnsure all works are executed in accordance with approved specifications, quality requirements and contractual obligations.
/li liIdentify project risks and implement effective mitigation and recovery plans. /li liManage site logistics, materials and resources to support efficient project execution. /li liSupport cost control, change management and commercial performance. /li liLead, coach and develop site personnel while promoting collaboration, accountability and continuous improvement. /li /ul h3Your Background /h3 pTo be successful in this role, you will bring: /p ul liA Degree or Technical Diploma in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or another relevant discipline. /li liSignificant experience managing site-based construction, installation, commissioning or project execution activities. /li liProven success leading complex industrial, infrastructure, energy or EPC projects. /li liExperience managing subcontractors, suppliers, customers and multidisciplinary project teams. /li liStrong knowledge of construction, installation, testing and commissioning processes. /li liUnderstanding of project scheduling, risk management and cost control principles. /li liA strong commitment to health, safety and environmental excellence. /li liExcellent communication, stakeholder management and leadership skills. /li liExperience within Power Transmission Distribution, Renewable Energy, Data Centres, Industrial Infrastructure or related sectors would be highly desirable. /li liProficiency with project planning tools such as Primavera P6, MS Project or equivalent. /li liFluency in English and willingness to travel and work across domestic and international project sites. /li /ul h3Why Join Hitachi Energy? /h3 pAt Hitachi Energy, you'll have the opportunity to work on industry-leading projects that are driving the global energy transition. /p pWe offer an inclusive and collaborative culture where innovation is encouraged, development is supported,
