pIn this role you will monitor and support the adoption of a new tool, coach the Sales area and related departments, and analyze Customer Experience (CE) performance. You will design trainings, deliver coaching sessions, and create insightful CE reports to guide improvements. You work closely with cross-functional teams to translate data into action that elevates the customer journey across the network.
