ppAs a Senior Mechanical Engineer in our Building Engineering team, you will lead the design and delivery of mechanical building services for diverse facilities. You'll collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to deliver innovative, sustainable HVAC, plumbing and fire protection solutions from concept through construction. You'll mentor junior engineers, guide technical discussions with clients, and help drive proposal activity and project execution. This role blends technical leadership with hands-on design and coordination to support mission-critical projects at scale. You'll contribute to shaping safer, more efficient buildings while advancing our commitment to delivering a better world. /p ul liLead the design and delivery of mechanical building services (HVAC, plumbing, fire protection) from concept through construction and completion /li liPrepare and review calculations, specifications, reports, drawings and design documentation /li liCoordinate mechanical activities with other disciplines to ensure seamless project integration /li liManage project deliverables,
budgets and schedules while upholding high technical standards /li liProvide mentorship to junior engineers and support their professional development /li liAttend client meetings and present engineering solutions and recommendations /li liSupport business development activities, including bids, tenders and proposals /li liEnsure compliance with codes, regulations and sustainability standards; contribute to innovation in design processes /li liBachelor's or Master's degree in Mechanical Engineering or related discipline /li liMinimum 5 years of experience in mechanical building services engineering (ideally in consultancy) /li liStrong technical expertise in HVAC, plumbing and fire protection systems design /li liProven track record delivering complex multidisciplinary projects /li liExperience with Data Centres, Critical Facilities, Healthcare or similar complex projects valued /li liProficiency in AutoCAD, Revit and BIM workflows /li liStrong understanding of Italian and international codes and regulations /li liExcellent analytical, problem-solving and decision-making skills /li liExperience coordinating teams and mentoring junior engineers /li liStrong communication and stakeholder management skills /li liProfessional registration/Chartered Engineer status or equivalent is advantageous /li licross-functional collaboration /li liclear communication /li liplumbing systems /li /ul pSenior Mechanical Engineer pavia, lombardia, it /p /p #J-18808-Ljbffr
