You will work closely with local managers, and with our international HR and Payroll teams. A varied, hands-on role with real ownership – from finding the right people to making sure they are paid /p h3bWhat you’ll do: /b /h3 pbTalent Acquisition /b /p ul lipPartner with hiring managers in Italy to define needs, agree a realistic hiring plan and advise on profiles, channels and process; /p /li lipManage the end-to-end recruitment process for all open positions in Italy (with a strong focus on sales and business development roles), ensuring a consistent and professional candidate experience; /p /li lipBuild a local talent pipeline through direct sourcing, referrals and partner networks; keep the ATS up to date and track key KPIs (time-to-hire, sourcing mix); /p /li lipManage the offer process with hiring managers and ensure a smooth handover to onboarding; /p /li /ul pbPayroll /b /p ul lipPrepare, validate and consolidate monthly payroll inputs for Italy; coordinate processing with our external payroll provider (Deel), check outputs and resolve discrepancies; /p /li lipEnsure compliance with Italian tax, social security, labour law and collective agreement (CCNL) requirements, including statutory filing deadlines; /p /li lipAct as payroll contact for Finance and Accounting; provide data for month-end close, accruals and audits; /p /li /ul pbEmployment Benefits Administration /b /p ul lipPrepare employment contracts, amendments, job changes and terminations in line with Italian labour law; keep employee records and absence tracking accurate in our HR system (BambooHR); /p /li lipAdminister employee benefits (health insurance, meal vouchers, allowances)



and ensure deductions are correctly reflected in payroll; /p /li lipBe the first point of contact for employees in Italy on payroll, documentation and benefits questions; /p /li lipKeep processes documented and propose improvements to how we recruit, pay and administer people in Italy. /p /li /ul h3bThis role is perfect for you if you have: /b /h3 ul lipHands-on experience running full recruitment processes, ideally for sales profiles, with several searches open at the same time; /p /li lipSolid experience preparing Italian payroll inputs and working with an external payroll provider; /p /li lipGood knowledge of Italian labour law, CCNL and employment documentation; /p /li lipGood knowledge of the Italian labour market and sourcing techniques; /p /li lipExcellent Italian and a fluent command of professional English; /p /li lipComfortable with ATS, HR and payroll systems and MS Excel, with attention to data quality, confidentiality and GDPR; /p /li lipStrong stakeholder management and communication skills, with an advisory approach; /p /li lipProactive, organised and solution-oriented, with a strong bias for action. /p /li /ul pbNice to have /b /p ul lipExperience with Deel or BambooHR; /p /li lipExperience in an international, multi-country company; /p /li lipImmediate or short-term availability. /p /li /ul h3bWhy you should join myPOS: /b /h3 ul lipAutonomy and freedom to act: you will own recruitment, payroll and HR administration for Italy, with plenty of scope to shape how things are done. /p /li lipA stimulating and dynamic work environment: we value creativity, initiative and innovation within a young, close-knit team. /p /li lipAmbitious projects: you will actively contribute to the company's growth and commercial development.
