pbOur Vision /b /ppTo become a globally leading innovative technology corporation, contribute meaningfully to sustainable energy solutions, and provide a platform that supports both the professional and personal growth of our employees. /ppbr/ppbKey Responsibilities: /b /pulliDevelop and expand the company's energy storage business across international markets, with a focus on achieving sustainable sales growth. /liliLead commercial activities throughout the sales and tendering process, including customer engagement, proposal development, contract negotiation, and pricing discussions. /liliCoordinate internally with cross-functional teams, including engineering, product management, operations, finance, and supply chain, to prepare accurate quotations, support bid submissions, and ensure successful project execution. /liliManage customer enquiries, sample requests, quotations, and order follow-up activities to support sales conversion and revenue targets. /liliBuild and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective customers, serving as the primary point of contact for commercial matters. /liliOrganize and conduct customer visits, business reviews, and presentations, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction and engagement. /liliMonitor market trends, competitor activities,



and customer requirements within the energy storage sector to identify new business opportunities. /liliMaintain accurate sales forecasts, pipeline reporting, and customer records in accordance with company procedures. /li /ulpbr/ppbRequirements /b /ppbr/pulliBachelor's degree or higher in Business, International Trade, Engineering, Energy Technology, or a related field. A technical background is advantageous. /liliPrevious experience in the energy storage, battery, renewable energy, electric vehicle (EV), automotive components, or related sectors is preferred. /liliProven experience in B2B sales, business development, account management, or commercial project management within an international environment. /liliStrong negotiation, communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills. /liliSelf-motivated, proactive, and results-oriented, with strong problem-solving and organizational skills. /liliWillingness and ability to travel internationally on a regular basis. /liliExperience working with overseas customers and managing international business relationships is highly desirable. /liliFluent English language skills (written and spoken) are required. Additional European languages, particularly Italian, are considered an advantage. /li /ulpbr/p
