ppWorking at Freudenberg: We will wow your world! /ph3Responsibilities: /h3ulliDevelopment of New Processes: As Process Engineer, you will participate in the qualification and validation for the processes and activities. You will develop new processes for innovative products, pushing the boundaries of technology and enhancing our product offerings. /liliDesign of products and tooling: You will design products and tooling (for injection and extrusion technologies) in order to achieve product design performance /liliPreparation of Documentation: You will prepare comprehensive process documentation for technical proposals, ensuring clarity and precision in our project plans. /liliImprovement and Development: You will improve and develop proprietary process technologies, continuously seeking ways to optimize and innovate. /liliWriting Protocols and Reports: You will write protocols, test sheets, and qualification-validation reports, documenting every step of the process to maintain high standards. /liliPerforming Tests: You will perform and oversee qualification/validation tests, ensuring our processes meet rigorous quality criteria. /liliProblem Solving: You will identify issues, provide solutions, and test corrections, maintaining smooth and efficient operations. /li /ulh3Qualifications: /h3ulliEducation: Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Mechatronics Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a related technical field; advanced degree preferred or compensating years of experience. /liliTooling Design Experience : Experience in designing products,
tooling and equipment for injection and/or extrusion technologies is required. Experience in machine design is considered a plus. /liliBackground: Strong design engineering background with knowledge of manufacturing processes and process engineering principles. /liliExperience: 1-3 years of relevant professional experience in a manufacturing or industrial environment. /liliLanguage Skills: Professional-level proficiency in Italian and English. /liliSkills: Strong project management and analytical problem-solving abilities, along with knowledge of scientific and engineering principles. /liliTravel Availability: Willingness to travel internationally (20-30%) to engage with customers and internal teams. /li /ulpThe minimum gross annual salary for this position in Italy is €31,000.
