You can too, Join us! /p /brpAs a Production Manager (Manufacturing Plant) you will be part of the Manufacturing department based in Rivalta Scrivia (Alessandria, Italy) for a permanent contract. /p /brpThe Production Manager is responsible for the overall management of manufacturing operations within the plant, ensuring full alignment with safety, quality, efficiency, cost, and customer service targets. The role oversees production teams, optimizes processes, and collaborates closely with the Maintenance department to supervise preventive and corrective maintenance activities essential for ensuring plant uptime and operational continuity. /p /brh3Your mission /h3 /brul /brliEnsure compliance with bHSE /b (Health, Safety Environment) standards and foster a strong safety culture across the production area. /li /brliManage and coordinate production departments, ensuring adherence to production plans and quality standards. /li /brliOptimize manufacturing processes through Lean Manufacturing, Continuous Improvement, and performance analysis methodologies. /li /brliMonitor key operational KPIs (OEE, productivity, scrap, line efficiency, downtime) and implement corrective action plans.
/li /brliCollaborate with the bMaintenance /b department to: /brul /brlidefine intervention priorities, /li /brlisupport the planning of preventive maintenance, /li /brliensure equipment availability and minimize unplanned downtime, /li /brliassess the effectiveness of maintenance activities. /li /br /ul /br /li /brliEnsure proper technical and managerial training of production personnel. /li /brliManage the production budget and contribute to the capital expenditure (capex) plan for plant and layout improvements. /li /brliInterface with Quality, Engineering, Supply Chain, and HR to ensure smooth cross-functional alignment. /li /brliLead digitalization and automation initiatives within the production area (Industry 4.0 projects). /li /brliDaily supervision of production areas: workforce allocation, shift management, task prioritization. /li /brliParticipation in daily/weekly performance meetings and reporting on KPIs. /li /brliAnalysis of downtime, failures, and root causes (RCA), with implementation of improvement actions. /li /brliSupport in drafting and enforcing SOPs (Standard Operating Procedures). /li /brliFollow-up on maintenance activities in collaboration with the Maintenance Manager. /li /brliConduct periodic audits on safety, quality, and production processes. /li /brliSupport equipment validation and commissioning of new machines or lines. /li /brliCoordinate continuous improvement initiatives (Kaizen, 5S, SMED, Value Stream Mapping). /li /br /ul /brh3Your profile /h3 /brul /brliIn-depth knowledge of industrial manufacturing processes (chemical, pharmaceutical, mechanical, food, etc., depending on plant context).
