We believe in equal opportunities and fair pay practices. /ppLearn more about working with us at topconcareers.com /ph3Geospatial Software Program Manager /h3h3LOCATION /h3pConcordia sulla Secchia, Modena, Italy /ph3WORKING MODEL /h3pFlexible hybrid work model in Italy with regular office visits after onboarding period /ppShape the future of geospatial technology /ppTopcon is looking for an experienced bGeospatial Software Program Manager /b to lead complex, international software programs across surveying and positioning solutions. /ppYou will connect Product Management, Software Engineering, Firmware, Cloud Infrastructure, Quality Assurance, UX and business teams, translating customer needs, technical requirements and business priorities into successful program delivery. /ph3What you will do /h3ulliLead end-to-end software programs, defining scope, objectives, milestones, schedules, deliverables and success criteria. /liliDrive software release planning and execution, ensuring delivery against agreed priorities and commitments. /liliCoordinate parallel workstreams across software, firmware, cloud, product, QA,
UX and engineering teams. /liliManage dependencies across geospatial applications, GNSS technologies, correction services, cloud platforms and optical or scanner hardware. /liliIdentify program risks, issues and resource constraints, establishing effective mitigation and contingency plans. /liliLead program reviews, executive updates and critical issue escalations. /liliAlign globally distributed teams and influence stakeholders without direct authority. /liliStrengthen Agile practices, program governance, delivery predictability and continuous improvement. /li /ulh3What you bring /h3ulliBachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Geomatics, Geodesy, GIS, Surveying or a related discipline. /liliAt least 7 years of experience in technical project or program management, including 3 or more years leading cross-functional software programs. /liliProven experience managing large-scale software programs and concurrent initiatives in multinational engineering organizations. /liliStrong knowledge of the software development lifecycle, Agile or Scrum methodologies, software architecture and modern development practices. /liliExperience with cloud-based platforms and tools such as Jira, Azure DevOps or equivalent. /liliAbility to coordinate complex software ecosystems involving multiple products, platforms and technical dependencies.
