Overview In this role you accelerate adoption of aortic therapies and drive growth across Western Europe. You translate regional and global strategy into field-ready programs, coordinating with cross-functional and external partners to deliver launches, market expansion, and measurable impact. You will lead Digital Solutions initiatives and oversee launch planning, ensuring alignment and timely execution.
The position combines strategic thinking with hands-on delivery in a fast-paced, patient-focused environment.

Responsabilità
- Analyze market trends and customer needs to identify growth opportunities across therapies, segments and markets.
- Develop and execute market development plans aligned with regional/global priorities.
- Lead Digital Solutions initiatives, driving adoption and business impact with regional/global stakeholders.
- Plan and coordinate product launches for Western Europe,
ensuring readiness and cross-functional alignment.
Requisiti fondamentali
- Bachelor degree in relevant field; 5+ years in marketing, commercial, business development or related roles
- Proven ability to lead cross-functional initiatives in a matrix organization; translate strategy into execution
- Strong analytical skills and data-driven decision making
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management and influencing skills
- Fluency in English
- Experience in medical device or healthcare industry; aortic/vascular experience preferred; experience in new market creation and product launches valued
