In this role, you will lead the C-Ball Value Stream, driving operational excellence, safety, quality, delivery performance, and continuous improvement across manufacturing operations. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize production processes, support business objectives, and foster a culture of innovation, accountability, and teamwork while ensuring an efficient and customer-focused operation. /p h3In This Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be /h3 ul liLead all aspects of the C-Ball Value Stream to achieve operational, financial, quality, and customer delivery objectives. /li liPartner with Operations, Production Control, Engineering, Quality, Supply Chain, Maintenance, and other key functions to establish priorities and ensure effective execution of production plans. /li liDevelop and execute production schedules that support revenue targets, productivity goals, labor efficiency, and on-time delivery commitments. /li liCoordinate assembly, lapping, testing, and related manufacturing activities to ensure safe, efficient, and reliable operations. /li liPromote a strong safety culture and ensure compliance with safety, quality, and operational standards. /li liDrive continuous improvement initiatives by applying Lean manufacturing principles and waste reduction methodologies throughout the value stream. /li liMonitor key performance indicators and implement corrective actions to improve productivity, quality, and operational performance. /li liSupport the development of team capabilities through coaching, training, cross-functional collaboration, and knowledge sharing. /li liEvaluate manufacturing methods, process capability, equipment utilization, and resource allocation to improve operational effectiveness. /li liManage budgets responsibly and identify opportunities to improve efficiency and reduce costs while maintaining quality and safety standards.

The salary range for this role is from 38.000 to 57.200 EURannually, commensurate with the skills, talent, capabilities, and experience each candidate brings to a role.
